Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing any issues while using our image tools, this guide can help you identify and resolve the most common problems. Most issues are caused by browser settings, unsupported image files, large image sizes, or an unstable internet connection. Before trying again, review the solutions below.
Image Upload Is Not Working
If you are unable to upload an image, first make sure you are using a modern web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. Our tools require JavaScript to be enabled because it is used to upload, preview, and process images. If JavaScript is disabled or blocked by your browser settings or extensions, the upload feature may not work properly.
Also, make sure the selected file is in a supported image format such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, or HEIC (browser support may vary).
Tool Gets Stuck During Processing
Large, high-resolution images captured by smartphones or DSLR cameras require more memory and processing time. On devices with limited RAM or processing power, the tool may appear to stop responding while processing the image.
If this happens:
- Wait a few moments for the processing to complete.
- Close unnecessary browser tabs and background applications.
- If the process stops completely, refresh the page and try again.
Tool taking time on Processing
A stable internet connection is recommended when using our image tools. Although most image processing is performed efficiently, a slow or unstable internet connection may delay website resources from loading and affect overall performance.
For better results:
- Use a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
- Avoid switching networks while the tool is processing.
- If loading takes too long, refresh the page and try again.
Download Is Not Working
If the download button does not work after processing is complete, try the following:
- Refresh the page and process the image again.
- Make sure your browser allows file downloads.
- Disable browser extensions that may block downloads.
